the "honeymoon" week of the second semester has just went by like the passing breeze... everything was simple and easy with slightly more boring lectures here and there... though this new semester the timetable is pretty horrible with like 3 days in a row i have lessons that start at 8am but it's pretty enjoyable 'cos at least during those lessons there are classmates with me.. =) we lost 2 classmates from the previous semester and we have another 2 girls added to our class this semester...
the final amount i spent on getting textbooks for this semester is a whooping S$113.30++ ('cos i didn't add in those module notes that we need for certain modules, this amount is just based strictly on TEXTBOOKS only)
since it's a new semester i've decided to change my blogskin as well as the background music... that's all for now =)

hiya... i'm back with a post after a long long break... had a one month school holiday... half of which was spent slacking and the other half of which was spent working at the same company i worked at during my previous long holiday... this time after i left mel took over my job... i got quite irritated with mel today... she kept smsing me throughout the day asking me questions... i don't blame her if she asks me something she does not know... but she messaged me one question that got me really irritated... she's doing a database right now and she came across an entry that had all the information she needed except the company's name... she messaged me to ask me if she should keep that entry... like hello... even a primary school kid can tell me whether i should keep that entry or not... she messaged me to ask me that question!!! i replied asking her what does she think she should do she said delete it... like she already had an answer in her mind... i mean it's common sense but yet she asked me!!! after that i didn't bother to reply her 'cos i kinda felt insulted by her... haha... but anyway, i don't hold it against her 'cos she really isn't familiar with my job...
it's the first day of school and i already spent something like $52.90 on just 2 textbooks and i still have another 2 that i need to get!!! boy! this semester's books are really costly... well, to look on the bright side, at least i can keep these books for future references... talking about that i seriously need to make a trip down to ikea to get one of their nice and lasting boxes to store all my previous semester's textbooks and for all my future textbooks that i am going to get... haha... well, that's about all i have to blog for now... after all it's a new semester which marks a new chapter that's going to be opened in my book of life...

today went out with gavin and wei jun to celebrate dennis's and my birthday... but early in the morning i received a message from dennis saying he couldn't make it... so ended up only gavin, wei jun and i...
gav and i wanted to watch a movie but wj keep saying he don't want until gav became angry... in the end we came to a consenses... gav and i treat wj to watch a movie... we bought tickets for "snakes on a plane"... gav and i were allowed to go in but wj couldn't 'cos he didn't have his ic/ezlink card with him since he lost his wallet in ubin and the show happened to be NC16... hence we couldn't watch that show since wj couldn't enter... ended up we watched "monster house"... the plot was pretty ok but it wasn't really a comedy however the sound effects were good... haha... that's the part i like best about the movie - the sound effects...
after the movie we went roaming around in jurong point... we decided to go to the arcade and play daytona... i gave the both of them a treat to 2 games each since they were both out of cash and they were nice enough to go out and celebrate my birthday with me... haha...
back tracking back to last saturday... illuminate celebrated danielle and my birthday... jo went to get the cakes from j8... i thought she only bought danielle's cake... she gave me a nice surprise when she took out 30 candles... she bought me a tortoise as my birthday present when i told mummy, mummy said jo wanted me to live a long life that's why buy tortoise... then jo said huh??? why tortoise == long life... then mummy said 'cos tortoise everything also slow so live a longer life... haha... but then on sunday when jo and i went to action city she told me since i bought you that tortoise you buy me this big pig for my birthday... i asked her why big she replied so i can hug lah... then i told her you one small tortoise exchange for a such a big pig you very smart hor... she replied of course... (she's ego isn't she)... lol...
